Game ending thoughts (Spoilers)

Ok so I think we can all agree that this game's ending is possibly the worst ending in video game history. It's a terrible way to wrap a story plot that is somewhat interesting and suspenseful. So what are your ideas for the story end?

So what I'm concluding is that the vault is just a myth that Pandora made up to try to attract people and commerce to their desolate plant. The vault is actually the portal where that invincible monster comes from and had you had not killed the thing while it was vulnerable in the real world, it could've destroyed the entire planet. With that said, I think Gearbox did it intentionally to set up the game for a sequel and make us wait for better conclusions.

Very bad ending but did not ruin the game in the slightest for me.

You say the story was interesting and somewhat suspenseful but lets be honest here, this games main emphasis was in no way, shape or form on the story.

True, but the last few quests did intrigue me and made me wanna know what the Vault was actually about. I was dissapointed with the last cutscene.

yea, disappointing ending, but as I said I didnt buy it for the story, I bought it for the 4 op and the bazillion guns.

anyway, duh sequel, and interesting that the guardian angel was in a Hyperion satellite. Given that It is assumed she jumped from the sat to the Clap-trap, she is more than an entity manufactured by the gun makers, she may very well be a guardian or an angel who prefers not the let the universe get screwed.....my theory anyway.

Very poor ending, even sadder attempt of trying to add replay value. The game is fun until you realize that its a one time thing before it hits your shelve forever

was really obvious....

the world is called pandora and your searching for a vault! what did you expect? riches and alien weapons? please! I'm sure you all know the sotry of 'Pandoras Box'!!

Loads of DLC coming for it though so im keeping hold of my copy for now!

What made me mad about the game so far really is the fact that you have all this money and nearly all the weapons are worthless especially the ones at higher levels. I beat it tonight at level 35 and just have 2 achievements left...the level 40 and level 50...pretty easy 1000G if you ask me

ending hmmmm was it a ending? didnt feel like it ... killing the guardians to get to what? a fat octopus type creature which tbh was easy to gun down, no stages in the fight just hide and pew and hide and pew and rinse and repeat, i do like the game but they should have spent abit more time on the ending, it feels abit rushed at the end and im none the wiser of the game

ah well maybe a nice add on may come out for some extended play otherwise it will be a short shelf life , well for me anyways.

Yes, weak ending indeed.

If they do a sequel can we please get some variety in the landscape. I loved the snow capped mountains, but I didn't like having to trudge through seemingly endless amounts of sand swept wasteland to get there.

im not going to lie. im level 32 and i really had no clue about the story line. having to much fun playing the game.
