This looks so cool but bikes and cars wont race together as far as I know which is a bit crap. This update will add drivers to the cars aswell

Sweet man. When I get my 360 back I need to do some saving for M$ points and a few new games as I havnt been on my 360 for like 6 months now so no new games. GTA is gona be a defo buy  Think ile be buying the mod.

You shouldn't be able to update without live. Is it an update or a DLC? If its a DLC you wont be able to but if you have a connection to the internet and it's an update you might be able too.

If you dont have live you wont be able to do either an update or a DLC.
As far as i know its an update. But it all seems to big for an update. I would of thought it would have to be a DLC tbh.  But what do i know.

Not being a DLC is a good thing. They can't rip you off like a DLC.
