I found this online guide to help you with your NAT settings. I had a problem with mine as well when I first got my xbox. I looked online and found a way to open the NAT. I hope this helps.....

You might to get a hold of your service provider. There are settings that need to be set in order to open your NAT.

I would recomend getting a router though. You can pick one up for a very resonable price but make sure you pick one that is on the XBox approved list. Then you can hook up any other PC to it as well and share your connections between.... Good luck.

I can't find one either, this is bullshit. They didn't fix the problems from the BETA.
