yo i might know wat ur talking about... when ur in a game check ur latency on teh score board... if its anything below 3 greens (i think it turns to yellow) u mite wana unplug ur modem and router and plug it back in again... this will restart everything and it might give u a better connection..
when u lag it gives a huge disadvantage cauz when u see someone theyve actually already seen u half a second earlier or soemthing.. so when u see the kill cam and it shows him firing first its probably cauz of the lag
