I think it is just a Last Stand glitch, but imagine if people started to learn how to do it...It would spread like a forest fire, and I would never want to play COD4 again.

Yeah it would be awful if people could actually make it do it for themselves. Hopefully it's just a one off thing that he didn't realise would happen.
If what you say does happen I'm sure IW would bring out a patch?

Games barely ever release patches to fix glitches. Take Halo 3 for example, unless the glitch gets far too overly used and it affects the number of people playing online.
