I only notice it when im like half asleep, you know when you are dreaming but still concious of what your body does. LIke when you jerk yourself awake because you dream you are falling or about to die. Hard telling how many times ive done it and not noticed. I think it has to do with playing right before going to bed.

Rofl i always do that. My cat was asleep on my bed and for some reason i just smaked her, must have been something to do with the dream i was having. another time i dreamt i was skateboardin and tried to do a trick in my bed with my legs flying everywhere lmao..
