Some guns have like 60 shots, If they didn't do that shooters would suck. So im guessing that how you automatically pick up ammo is a flaw. We should have to actually hold and press the reload button then watch the animation of picking the ammo up.

sure in real life you dont throw the old clip away, but you would either have to load a 1/2 empty clip at some point or move the bullets from one clip to the other, which isnt the fastest thing in the world

Magazine not clip ffs, "clips" are the little stripper clips you load bolt-action rifles with, from the top.
