if your going to use ACOG on the M14, you might as well use it for the M21. M21 takes 50 less kills to get the acog, has more damage and has less recoil. The only drawback its clip is halfed.

I have been trying M16 with ACOG, and it sucks. I don't like ACOG's on anything. Red Dot ftw.

When i do play, i'll only use the Acog. on either the M4 or the M16.... but i use a suppressor more than a scope.

Really?? please explain... you obviously dont use them for a reason... Could it be that you suck balls with an ACOG?? I think the only one lacking skill here is you. Red dot is for noobs easiest sight on the game to get kills with IMO. ACOG requires alot more skill. Anyways I picked G36c if you guys havent tried acog on that gun I highly suggest it. If you are a decent player you will have no problems getting plenty of headshots and kills. I get way more headshots when i use an acog with that gun as opposed to a red dot. Perks I suggest to use with it would be bandolier (if you have it) or anyother perk 1 up to you. Second perk would have to be stopping power (1st choice) or sleight of hand (good if you like to flank alot and get behind several enemies. And as always steady aim for perk 3 just blind fire when you get close extremely accurate and you dont waste time pulling up the scope at close range.

Acogs take no skill? Actually it takes MORE skill to use an Acog scope than a red dot scope. You know you have skill if you can use an Acog properly.
And I'll use your suggestion for the acog on the G36c. That's my favorite weapon and I've always use the red dot scope.

Not at all.
I only ever play S&D and use a silencer on every weapon meaning I only have iron sights.
They take far more skill than red dot or ACOG's.

I don't tend to use ACOG's at the moment, but when i do it's always on the G36C, it rocks.
Really into silenced weapons.

I like using the ACOG M16 on hardcore TDM. Maps like Crash and Showdown I do really well on with that gun. I don't like the M4 ACOG very well. It must be how the M16 isn't fully automatic.

I agree with the iron sights comment, one thing i dislike that they bought into COD3 and COD4 is the visual focus, that foreground becomes clear and the background fuzzy if you look at a blade of grass... so you cant lie in the grass and shoot from the ground..
and its worse with ironsights!!
