Yeah it's a bit stupid but remember it doesn't have to be for calling stuff in. He could be swapping classes or just sitting at the start menu.

Tbh if you see an enemy with an exclamation above his head you're gonna kill him and if the enemy doesn't have an exclamation mark above his head you're still gonna kill him.

It just shows that the guy with an exclamation mark isn't a 'noob' for just sitting there waiting to be killed.

I personally don't spend much time putting a airstrike in, only takes 2 or 3 seconds to wait for the UAV to go across.

Yea it pops up when they are calling in a UAV,Airstirke, or Helicopter. It also shows up when you are in the menus maybe messaging a friend or something also.
