I play with 5 good friends and we always win the whole game on hardcore S&D. sometimes we'll get a 4:3 winning score and sometimes we'll get our ass kicked...
the best way to play isnt just with yourself, but to co-ordinate with teammates.
I've had the same problem, joining a random game and leading my team with 15 kills and 4 deaths and losing the game cus the next best guy on the team has a 1 kill, 5 deaths score......

I like to play late at night because usually by then the immature bastards that quit games, sing in the headsets, and fuck around go to bed and it's the people that are mature and serious players. But all my friends sleep late at night too so I can't really play with them.

Yeah I find that, I usually play with 5 mates on Hardcore SnD and we will go a whole evening without losing sometimes. However when I play on my own, I seem to lose every other game lol.

I always join the losing team. It just feels wrong to stay with the winning team all along, not to mention boring. If i join the losing team however, i get to play against decent players. It gives me somewhat of a challenge, i fix the balance, it feels rewarding to beat decent players and i make myself think i'm doing something good by bringing all those losers to victory for once.

Last night I kept on being put on the losing team in Headquarters. It's pretty gay that I kept on joining in these halfway games where the winning team is not even trying to get the HQ and getting easy kills instead. I hate people who do that. If they wanted to do that, then they should go play Team Deathmatch, not HQ.

It's no fault of mine that the team sucks ass. I don't think one player can carry an entire team. One person can only do so much. I'm pretty damn good at the game, but not insanely good. I always contribute positively, but there's only so much I can do.
