Its your control sensitivity. Makes you aim and turn faster.

Sensitivity is basically how sensitive your left and right analogue sticks are in relation to your movement. If it is on insane, for example, moving around the right analogue stick will make you look around extremely quickly, however if you go down to normal it will be much slower. Personally I play on normal because I don't see a need to change. However people who are good at the game usually go for a higher level because it means they can react more quickly to shoot someone. Hope this helps!

Wrong. Higher sensitivity doesn't mean you're a better player.
Change the sensitivity to what you play with best.

I know i turned mine down a little lower than the default. Its the best setting for me to be accurate and easier to keep steady with a moving body.

You would get owned like that, it would take to long to turn and aim at the enemy.

I don't get owned at all, I dish out the ownage. It's just whatever works for you..I find the low sensitivity is like medium in other games.
