Well you kinda do. It is CoD5 no matter what they call it, it is the 5th installment of the Call of Duty series... they said they aren't calling it CoD5 because they're dropping the whole number thing in the whole Call of Duty franchise. But it is very much Call of Duty 5.
Not that this really matters though, what are you getting all uptight about the title for ?

No, its not the 5th installement. There was Call of Duty: Big Red One, which came before COD 2, and it wasn't called COD 2 because obviously the real COD 2 was made by IW. I'm just saying, if its not COD 5, then its not COD 5. Just say new COD or COD WaW.

Does it really matter? Everyone's gonna call it Call of Duty 5 anyway, no matter how much you argue it, so whats the point in arguing that its not Call of Duty 5.
Everyone knows that its Call of Duty: World at War but CoD5 is easier to write and say, therefore people will just call it Cod5.

I instinctively say COD5, I think people know what you mean. It's the reviewers that have to make sure they say WAW and not 5.
