Don't be silly Ryan, CoD5 is the one after Modern Warfare 2

Just because it didn't have it in its title doesn't mean it's not the main sequel. So going by your logic then yeah, Modern Warfare 2 isn't cod 6. We're all waiting on CoD5

This whole idea died so just drop it. WaW = 5, MW2 = 6.

stop trying to milk CoD and try to hold on to hope of another game, theyre bringing out a CoD 7 anyhoo, because they will wanna milk it for all the cash they can.

Of course it is Call of Duty 5. Guitar Hero World tour was not called 4 but the next game was called Guitar Hero 5. Figure that one out....

Its not 5 though, if that was the case then united offensive would have been called cod2.
This is just like uo2, a sort of expansion. Still cannot believe he made a thread about it though

Isn't it strange that the next Treyarc game's working title is Call of Duty 7...

Games like Roads to victory and finest hour are noted spin offs.

I was under the impression that they have done away with all the number now....
Hence why there no 5 and MW2 is not called cod6
