Why do you get more tired after sleeping for a long time? Slept for...12 hours or something and i can barely walk.

It's probably your blood sugar that has dropped because of sleeping for so long. Low blood sugar = fatigue.

My ideal amount of sleep is around 14 hours. I've always felt the most rested after that...
But do to work, inability to fall asleep and being an incredibly light sleeper that wakes up at pretty much any little noise, I rarely ever get it...

I'm bored. Spammed a couple of pages. That's all.
I took 5 seconds to do each thread, I have devised a devious method of posting in them incredibly fast. It only takes a few keyboard buttons.
