Call us sad but me and a bunch of mates - about 11 of us just go into my garage, get a old tv and sofa out, get a few cans and we can smoke all we want!
Fuck going to a pub!

I smoke but I have never had a problem not smoking in public buildings.So it will not bother me.However if someone tries to tell me I can not smoke outside in a parking lot.Then they have went to far.I do not smoke in my cars so that will not be there way to say I can not smoke outside.But I think there going to get nasty about parking lot smoking to.It goes into affect January1 here.Hopefully it will hurt the bars and they will close.Im against drinking and driving more then smokers.I see drunks stager out of a bar and drive home.I will now be using my cell phone to turn them it.Sort of and eye for an eye aproach.

yeahin New Jersey smoking is banned like everywhere but your car and house lol... I know defitnitly in restaurantes and bars you cant smoke, also in stores.
NJ was...i dont know if still is, trying to get a ban on smoking in cars, because of young kids in the backseat

In the Uk The to put the law simply. You are not allowed to smoke if the building has 3 or more walls & a ceiling/roof. When it comes to vehicle's you can smoke in your own vehicle, but not in a business vehicle, like a truck or taxi etc.
But most ignore the law, because the police cannot inforce it, Only Health & safety!!! & if people dont give a shit about police then what do you think, they will think of H&S!?!

It's even more amazing than I thought it would be. Going to a pub or club and not coming back smelling of an ashtray is wonderful. It still annoys me that I have to walk past some useless arse doing it on the pavement outside of a pub or whatever but eh. Next step is the total ban of smoking in ANY place outside of your home I say.  |
