Skate was pretty good, I still like Tony Hawk better though. But I picked Halo 3

Why are Skate and Bioshock on that list? Skate is the best skateboarding game ever made and Bioshock is game of the year. To be honest the biggest dissapointment for me was PS Home and GTA IV being delayed.
