This is the funny thing though, everyone hates it when a game doesn't change at all, Halo has, but now all of a sudden change is bad. Call of Duty has always had the same multiplayer, same old repetitive single player, but apparently that's good, I don't understand how act like COD is better by Fact. Maybe because it's really easy and doesn't really take much skill to master?

Please share whatever you're high on. What can't I win? You have all the opinions on your side, the 15-20 odd people on this forum that believe Call of Duty 4 is better. What do I have? The thousands of Halo maniacs, the thousands of amazing reviews Halo and Gears of War got, ect.

There is nothing to win, this isn't a contest. Why are the maps garbage? I see no problem with them. Back up what you say, "people will have my back and agree with me" isn't a good argument. This forums seems to be in love with Call of Duty, I'm not denying that. Call of Duty 4 on the PC is amazing and a controller totally takes away from that experience, it isn't better than Halo or Gears of War IN MY OPINION.

Just stop trying to say that COD > Whatever game is a well known fact or something.

my mate said gears of war is amazing,but what should i get it on.
as ive never played it and i have a badass pc should i get the extended version or just get it for the 360

Ugh, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. There is no need to criticize others for having a different opinion than yours. I happen to prefer COD4 over Halo 3 or Gears of War. If you want, we can argue all night on why we think COD4 or Halo 3 is better, but that would be just stupid. It is my opinion, and I am entitled to it. Why can't you leave it at that? You have already voted, your opinion has been voiced, now stfu and get the fuck out....

I think you got it backwards. Halo 3 is the one that DIDN'T change. What's new about Halo 3 other than the storyline? Now look where the COD series started and look where it's at with COD4. Change is good.

Why change something thats almost perfect? I hated Halo and Halo 2, yet I love Halo 3. Explain that.

Edit - MJB get GoW on PC and use a 360 controller, buy one if you don't already have one.

how does the controller take away from it. i'm not saying COD>any game. i think gears is almost as good had it not been for the host>god and so many annoying people. h2 had much better maps. if i didn't have gears and cod i would rather pay 130 for h2 than h3. i'm not talking about gears. i'm talking solely about h3. if they would've had a fun campaign and multiplayer like h2's, i would probably be playing it.

Have you ever played a game like Call of Duty 4 on a good PC? Just the fact that you would ask me why it's different shows me you haven't. Well, not much more to say.

Oh jeez, don't even get me started on Gears of War's bullet lag and host advantage. That was probably some of the most irritating gaming experiences I have ever been through.

Because if I wanted to play the same game I would just keep playing Halo 2. There's nothing wrong with the Original Xbox but why did you buy a 360?
