I have played all of them except Mass Effect, so I am going to have to go with Orange Box. Half-Life 2 has the best single player out of any of these.

Very tricky between Mass Effect and BioShock. I guess I have to give it to BioShock it was something totally different and unique.

imo whoever votes halo 3 is completly stupid!! some of all of the others except assassins creed had way better storylines than halo....oh well anyways i was hesitant about voting COD4 but i did...it was much too short though

im the same as Andrew in that i have played all the games except mass effect but i also voted orange box, This game has a real intriguing story line

I haven't played Bioshock either....  I feel lame. By the time I had money to get it OB and ME came out so I've been busy. But I'll get to it soon.
I'm kind of confused as for what to pick, I felt more immersed into OB {including HL2 and Portal}, but I did like the world of ME...not to mention those dialog trees and characters...I think I'm going to go with OB...
Was the COD4 story that good?

I went with Assassins creed cos its the only one i've played.

Not sure why Call of Duty 4 is doing so well.. I thought it was an amazing game. But its storyline doesn't really compare to the other games nominated. |
