How can i record my xbox, onto a convertable file?
I want to record stuff off my xbox, and have it so i can edit it in videos. How can i do this? Do i need to buy anything? (I'd rather not..)

capture card on your pc. thats what i use works fine.

Post a pic of one please hoops, a mixture of results came up and i'm not sure what they are.  Are they just a USB? Also, does it plug into my PC or into my TV/Xbox?

Here you go LINK
plugs into your pc and the composite lead from your 360 plugs into the capture device. open the program on your pc (program will be included with the hardware) and away you go
I use a PCI wintv capture card which i bought around 1999, havent used a usb one b4 so i dont know what the quality is like.
