Counter Strike played like a retard
You run out, all guns blazing. Maybe get a kill first, but die quickly. Get call N00b, ***, and all other names by your team mates. They hate you. But most CS players are emo anyway.

GoW played like a retard
You run like a maniac and manage to chainsaw 2 opponents, then frag tag another before being taken down by the last opponent. But that's ok since 3 of your team mates are waiting to take him out. You're called a n00b and *** by the other team, but your team loves you for being so bad ass.

There are exceptions, of course, but I play like a wanker in most games and that was my experience.

That comparison is a little unfair. You're assuming that the people you rush in CS are good and kill you quick if you rush but in Gears they suck for some reason and can't kill a chainsawer/tagger? Like I said, depends on the people. If your opponents suck, no reason to be "tactical". That applies for every game.

Obviously Fable 2, the 360 install base is massive compared to ps3, also lbp has been marketed fairly poorly (which is a shame), compared to Fable 2 which also had a huge fable 1 fanbase to sell itself with.

Yeah, we are I don't think there's anything wrong with the game. I had a lot of fun beatingthe SP mode, and imagine that MP is fun as well. I just think that it's over rated. It was a good game, but it didn't deserve the hype that it got.
