I am not American. I have however been to America over 8 times, all over, north, south, east and west.

I'm surprised Portland is number 1. It's never struck me as a bad city before. Choices like Atlanta, Detroit, and Vegas are obvious. I'm surprised Pittsburgh and Memphis aren't up in the top 10. I've been to those places and thhose places are a piece of shit to be honest. I would've expected Chicago to be on the top 10, but they aren't even in the top 20? I've been to Chicago many times before and I am surprised it's not on the top 10. I was offered bong while stopping at a stop sign in one of the poorer parts of the city. There are many old buildings and filthy places in Chicago.

In constrast, Indianapolis is number 16. I disagree. I've been to Indianapolis a couple of times and it's not a bad city to live in. It's the cheapest city in America to live in and it doesn't seem bad at all. I'm not sure why it's there and Chicago isn't.
