I think you'll only get significantly bigger if you start incorporating weights with it. If you're just doing bag work and light sparring you're just gonna tone up.

You don't need fat, there's plenty of fat in your everyday meals, especially a chicken mayo.

He's right. It also depends on what you eat.
But i wouldn't worry, you have to work pretty bloody hard to end up looking like that.

i eat loooooooads at the moment i'm using the bag mostly, and a lot of sparring which i love the most! if anyone touches my nose i'll fucking kill them though lol makes me so angry

it's so funny when you see guys your weight flashing what they think is a 6pac around, when infact it's jus muscle we all have anyway that should have a layer of fat over it
