But whoppers honestly don't take all that fatty to me except for maybe the ketchup and mayo. The meat itself doesn't taste nearly as greasy as mcdonald's imo.

Just depends on how fresh it is I guess.
Meant to throw the burgers out every like 10/15 minutes if they're not used up by then, and they kinda like dry out so they don't look greasy anymore, but instead just look.. old. So having greasy looking burgers might be a good thing, might have just come off the grill.
Tried those new Power Plate things at the gym earlier, my god. It doesn't look like much but it makes you sweattt!

Obviously exercise like at least 5 times a week, try and do an hour a day, but half hour at the very least. Try and eat little and often too.

No, you don't want to 'force' losing weight, what I mean is it isn't natural or healthy to lose too much weight in a short period of time. Rather, it should be a gradual process... I would suggest that you start doing some cardio exercises 2 or 3 times a week, and not necessary eating too much less, but also eating healthier in general. If you can, try to refrain from eating before 7:00pm too. Also, if you drink any sugary drinks, such as soda, or ice tea, or any of that shit, just try to cut back on it and start drinking water, because it has no calories.
For cardio, I would recommend doing around 10 minutes of a quick jog, and then 20 minutes or a slow jog, or fast paced walk....
Edit: And if you think you really need to lose the weight fast, try to cut back on your intake of carbs, it's okay to have them in the morning, but try to cut back on them as the day goes on...

I didn't mean hard workouts, just being generally active a good few times a week, getting the heart rate up. Like you said, fast paced walks or jogs are a good way of starting off.
And by eating little and often, I mean instead of two or three big meals where you just feel bloated from, have a decent sized breakfast, then some lunch, a snack, and dinner. It's not exactly less, it's just more spaced out.

Mate, if he weighs 300+ pounds, I doubt he can have a nice job for 10 minutes.
From boxing, and needing to lose weight in a hurry, and sometimes substantial and dangerous amounts, like in a month from 6 foot and 165 to 147, it was dead simple. Keep up with the workouts, and decrease calories. Simple as, less fuel and same if not more work.
For someone as heavy and assumingly unfit (no offense, just keeping it realistic) don't go to hard the first days out and get discouraged. Just keep the heartrate up at a steady level and keep it there for as long as possible. I'd stick to biking/long fast paced walks, mixed with alot of bodyweight exercise. No need to get some gym memebership to use a bench/squat rack when losing weight is the goal. I can guarentee if you grab the ipod, step outside and go for an hour or so walk/bike every night, not only will the pounds steadily drop off with a very limited caloric intake, but you'll sleep like a fucking baby and feel ALOT more content with the rise in endorphins.
Some more info though on you and your goals would be necessary for a more tuned plan. Any questions though and I'll be glad to help.

Yeah man, when I started back in erm... June, I just started off with brisk walks, just put some ear phones in and went for a 30 minute fast walk.. I didn't lose any pounds in the two weeks I was doing this, but I felt my cardio improve anyway.
After that I moved onto Bike riding and gradually built it up and to this day I've lost 2 stone since august (probably more now.. aint weighed myself for 2 weeks) and my cardio is miles better, doing two 30 minute jogs a day, along with light weight training. But yeah, I did alot of research before starting and the general idea was to not throw yourself into the deep end as soon as you start.
EDIT: as for eating, you really don't need to eat less, just eat different things.. where you would have a salty snack, have a apple.. etc don't starve yourself to only the bare three meals a day.
