YES that card would be better..but i would recommend getting a EVGA card, the reason for that is their customer service is damn excellent and hte cards are good to.. plus they have a lifetime warranty... and for hte PSU it all depends on the brand and how its made... but i would get around a 600W just to be sure...
for my case i have a 750w thermaltake toughpower.... it does a damn nice job.. but got it for $120...
but 500W will do hte job.. but if your planning on adding 3 or more HDD, a dvd drive + a dvd r/w drive, soundcard, fans, crap like that.. more would be better..
but if you do get a 500W get a GOOD brand....

did some research and it looks pretty good...
but it ONLY has ONE 6 pin connector.... for hte grpahics card... the card usually comes w/ a extension where you can connect another 6 pin connector by using hte 5v ones... but it should work..

I have a question.
I have installed Vista, and when I stick any USB devices into my USB ports I get a message saying that the device could perform faster etc.
My ports are USB 2.0, and I have enabled high speed in the Bios etc.
With Windows XP they used to be fine, but my external drive etc seem very slow through Vista when copying data etc across.
How can I check whether they are operating at high speed??
I have attached what I see in device manager.....

right now your PC is probs using the USB as 1.1 instead of 2.0.. you could try downloading drivers for hte USB hubs... but otherwise.. i have no clue.. you should wait for Bish or do some research on google.

u could call your PSU company.. but the model number you gave me says it has only one 6 pin connector.. but dont worry.. the graphics card you said should include the necessary stuff to make it work.. here is a pic that SHOULD come w/ your GPU.. and you can connect to hte PSU..
as you can see from the pic... just connect the ones labeled "power cable" into the necessary cable from the PCU and connect the 6 pin into hte GPU.. as you already have one 6 pin, you just have to do it w/ one of the "power cables".
