Yes that's my PC I use it for work only though and thanks for the info, I'm a total nOOb when it comes to this stuff, I usually just buy a comp that has a fast processor and cram a bunch of RAM in it,

no probs. pentium 4 a still good for day to day task anyway. i dunno much abotu this hyper threading feature though. but i think it is some kind of multitasking optimisation. like you proc is seen a multi proc and it's allocating multiple thread/calculation/process to it ...
dunno exactly you can find more on wikipedia i guess.

Not that big of a deal, all I'd really need is a kick ass graphics card and I think I'd be set for gaming......hmmmm that and a DVI-D video card since my monitor supports DVI-D

Correct.
Dual Core CPUs are the dogs bollocks, even if the clock speed is lower, since its like having 2 processors in the one machine, hence it will be able to process stuff twice as fast, both processors working in parallel.

how do i disable or uninstall the old graphic card drive?
what's the steps anyway? uninstall old drive, turn off the computer, take out the old card and put the new one in, turn on the computer, and install the new card drive?
When i turn on the computer and it says video card was disabled, can i still boot and go to the windows? because windows vista requires video card so I thought that mabe I can't boot and enter the windows.

My xbox360 blew up 6 times, I won't give it 7th chance. I will just wait for next xbox generation and use bakcward compatibility to play halo 3 and those xbox360 games. I guess I am just gonna buy ps3 or wii this time.

As long as the game's optomised for it. I've seen games released early last year and before, and they've actually lost performance with a dual core since the game doesn't know the second core exists.
Most are patched up now anyway, and new games will practically require dual core.

yeh you have the steps correct. You wont be disabling the video card, you will be uninstalling it.
When you have installed the new, turn the computer on and it will recognise new hardware. You can then install the new drivers etc and thats it.
So...
1. Uninstall old video card, remove all drivers and software asociated with old card.
2. Shut down PC and remove card.
3. Plug new card in and power on the PC.
4. Install new drivers and software for new card.
5. Enjoy better graphics!
