I don't think mother board would just have a random hole so you can connect the clip there.

My xbox360 blew up 6 times, I won't give it 7th chance. I will just wait for next xbox generation and use bakcward compatibility to play halo 3 and those xbox360 games. I guess I am just gonna buy ps3 or wii this time.

the blue line could be the fan power supply or something like that. i cant see very well on your pics. post a pics of where the blue cable is plugged into.

yeah excatly that is what i ve done the first time i was dismantling a pc. i just put black marker pen on each cable and nappe.

I think thats maybe a cpu shroud similar to the one on the 360, gets all the hot air out in one direction.

if u scroll down and see the motherboard, i think the blue line starts from 6.
if u compared it with this pic http://minihp.cyworld.nate.com/pims/...5&tid=25904660 there is 1 hole that is connected to DVD drive, and there is another hole that has a blue line which I am not sure.

oh and according to that picture, there are two power connector, #4, #8 And I could see PSU going directly to those two.
Why are there 2 diff power connector by the way instead of one?
