8800? Hasn't that been out for a year or so?
The new one, the 9200, is what I think you meant. Or is that just the name of the architecture and not the card?

The 8 series is old. The 9 series is what I am waiting for. I have the 8800 GTX and its pretty nice. I will sell it pretty cheap when I get the 9 series.

Old or not, the 8 series is still the best you can get.
The 8800GT looks like a nice card to slot between the GTS and the GTX. But it had better be priced to suit that spot.
Either way, it's not far enough ahead of my 2900XT for me to warrant getting one.

the 8800GT is new, its based on the G92 or G96 chipset (one of them, forget which) but it supposed to be priced around $250 for the 512mb version and uses hte 65nm chips.. so its cheaper to produce.. It beats the 8800GTS 640mb in most aspects.... this is going to be a beast.. and at least w/ this you can get two for hte price of one GTX... i can't wait for this one.... SLI these and got a shit load graphic power..

this is basically the 9 series, but they named it 8800GT, like mentioned above it has the new chips in it...

I thought that the 8800GTS's with 640MB were the recommended card present day for Crysis. How could this card be the minimum????
I think this card is far better than the minimum for this game.
