i need some amateur video editing software that you can add and edit audio tracks with and that has some effects preloaded. amateur meaning easy to use

Go with Sony Vegas if you are doing amateur stuff. Porn never comes out good with Windows Movie Maker of iMovie.
But in all seriousness. Sony Vegas is definitely worth the money.
