maybe, but even when i played wow i wasnt fat, i didnt have oily skin, i had a lot of close friends, and my mom didnt even have a basement. I couldnt get a job because i was in middle school. I definitely dont see a connection between being homosexual and playing wow, i just dont understand how playing a fantasy game means you are gay. you could easily say that anyone who played oblivion, or kotor was also a fag if you followed that mentality.
The problem with wow is that the only way to achieve in that game, was to play, and continue playing extensively. And once you really think about it, the only thing you do in WoW, in the long run, is "the Grind" (doing the same thing over and over again for some sort of xp). The grind to 70, then the grind for the factions or watever its called, then spend hours and hour with instances (dungeons).
This ends up replacing things that have a higher priority, like homework, or hanging out with friends, or sports, or music.
If you think about it though, playing xbox 360 extensively is no different.
it seems like most people in halo 3 freak out more about "ranking up" then just enjoying the game. CoD4 has also has a ranking system. the feeling of gratification of "leveling up" seems to be extremely addicting, which is why developers are including it in more and more games.
If you play xbox 360 every single day, for an extensive amount of time, your really no different from a wow player. thats just videogames.
/end rant
