rm -rf /

It adds an entry to the NT boot loader. When you reboot, you get an option. Windows or Ubuntu.
Then, later when you decide/if you decide that you no longer want ubuntu, just go into Windows, Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Ubuntu. Everything will then be gone.

This is amazing, I was too afraid to install Ubuntu since I couldn't find my Vista backup disc, thanks.

Sorry, but I have another question. So I understand it is like GRUB then so will Windows be the default first os so I don't have to arrow down cause my parents are so stupid that they would totally f this up.

Windows will be the first one and the default choice. You will have to down arrow and select Ubuntu to get it to boot into Ubuntu.

You are being too hard on yourself. I've been using Linux for years and I just learned about the Wubi system tonight myself. It's always a learning experience, but I'm always thankful for it in the end.
I have my laptop's 2nd drive setup now with Windows XP and Wubi with Ubuntu 8.04 installed. Sound, wireless, video, eye-candy and my Cisco VPN are all working. Pretty straight-forward.
