Is this a good program and how often should I use it? I just downloaded it and had it fix some things and I have definitely noticed a speed increase on my comp.

I used it like once a week or so. I try and do my updates every sunday night, would normally run CCC right before.

I run it a few times a day, depends on what stuff I want removed off my internet history haha. Its a great program, definitaly better than the default on on computers.

I use it now and then. It's a neat little program. Actually now that I think about it I haven't used it in a while. I'll use it now.
