So the summers coming up and i'm gonna have some time to kill and ive heard great things about AoC.

so, if you have it, tell me what you think of it and if i should buy it or not

out of many of the MMO's ive played, its one of the worst.
the game is horribly in-balanced.
stats for magic-based characters dont work.
its very linear.
There is a lot of instancing, e.g you can only play with who ur grouped with, not every person in the game world.

the graphics are screwed, and it requires a really good system, even though u turn all the details down.
the combat is beyond boring.

Its not the worst ive played, but its well up there.
If you want an MMO, i'd reccommend the daddy that is WoW or if your looking for something new, then i would wait for warhammer online.

buy LOTR : Shadows of Angar if you want a break from WoW. Not that I've played either, but i've heard it's good.

No WoW for me.

Orcs and elves and dragons and crap aren't really my thing.

Conan is conceptually a little different as far as im concerned... plus I was always a big fan of the comics.

However, after SWG, it's gonna take an awful lot to get me back into the mmorpg scene.

its the perfect game for sci-fi/MMO fans.
its tottally different to anything out there, its real hardcore.
it also looks damn gorgeous.

see the thing is ive heard such different things about the game

no one seems to be in the middle..they either love it or hate it

is there a free trial like with Wow?
