why would i do that? then i would be spending more than i need too. If i wasn't heading to college in the fall i would build or buy a great gaming rig but i am, so..
I'm looking at a Dell XPS laptop, and for around 1250$ i can get a very decent setup that should handle AoC

Also lookin for a college laptop
Yea i'm torn between the Dell XPS (probably the 1330) and the macbook. Relatively same cost. I've used PC my whole life, and I know my way around pretty well.
I really like the Mac because of how seamless and integrated everything is. But I also like to play the occasional computer game, and I've heard Macbooks don't do gaming well at all. So can you use the Bootcamp thing to launch Windows so you can play your PC games on the Mac? Can you use stuff like Limewire on a Mac? I have heard that Macs sometimes aren't too good at accessing wireless networks that aren't from Apple routers. True?
And with the Dell, is Vista even worth it? OS X Leopard seems really nice/

There's not necessarily anything wrong with Vista, but for many it doesn't offer enough improvement over XP to make the transition viable.

I have the XPS M1330, and the XPS M1730.
The 1730 is a desktop replacement IMO, the M1330 is awesomly portable etc
