Y Splitters

1st off id like to say that this is a great site.
anyway, i am gonna start making gaming vids of stuff like guitar hero 3 and rock band using my dads dvd recorder. now i set set it up but it had a lag. so i searched on how to fix this. some guy in a vid sed that you need Y splitters. any people in the UK who have these could you plz tell me where to get them.
any help is appreciated.

I think you can buy them from currys and mabe PC world, and be sure to get three. so you can record stereo sound.

I know this as I was looking into recording gameplay, but I cant afford the dazzle capture card thing.

thanks. im not using a dazzle tho. im using a normal dvd recorder. works fine its just it lags big time. so i need the Y splitters to go to the dvd and the tv.
