i generally find that TV's don't work well as PC monitors, so i'll stick to my 24" HD PC screen with glass cover.

well crt's dont work...lcd's and plasma's do!

I've had my system hooked up to my poor 20" Philips by S-Video from my 8500GT; and the audio to my Yamaha HTR-5930 by optical.

they don't all 'work' i've got a 23" wide screen LCD TV, with a VGA port on (that i use for my Xbox. and the resolution is so poor for a PC, it's pointless.
