Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! PCI Card CT4780
I just recieved this sound card so I dont have to use the on-board sound and i went to do some recording through Adobe Audition like I always do and it gave me the message that My audio input was not activated and recording would not be possible. Which is weird because I normally run my Sirius Stiletto through the blue input but i took it out to plug my guitar gear through it. Any ideas? Thanks.

You need to go into the settings and change the settings on the software Adobe from your onboard audio to the new one. Change the input settings.
