If you understood what Adobe did, then you would understand that the whole of CS3 is emulated on the OS X system, but still doesn't underperform compared to the windows version, it is more likly to be down to the actual Mac's that you are using, and whether or not they have PPC or Intel chips.
now on the youtube side of things, that has nothing to do with the Mac of the OS, it's just something that somebody has done to it. i have no issue like that.

Fair enough, but i know for a fact this video was made before Intel chips where installed, which lets be honest, when Macintosh computers started to get good.

Hmm, i tend not to read into the apple side of things of adobe, i actually thought that was the case with CS4? or perhaps what they fixed.
It will be PPC.
Eh? how can it be something that someone has done to it, is there a make flash video shit button on the mac?
Either way, i see no point in myself personally owning one, they are far to limiting in terms of software, i see no real advantage of owning one over a PC other than "lol it looks cool" and this boot camp makes me sad, i mean you guys used to make fun of us for using windows now you want to join us

CS4 isn't emulated, but Adobe haven't exactly done the best job with it.
There are no limitations in software for OS X, you just don't see it being sold in shops, and not often online (at shops like amazon), if you have no idea where to look, you have no idea what you can buy. ask me for something you want a mac to do, and i'll find software that will do it.

Hold on let me look at my program list here.
Xfire
Office (with publisher?)
Camtasia - screen recording
winamp? might support it
winrar?
FEAR 2 demo
L4D
See i have found the applications i like now, i don't want to have to go learn new ones, or different ones. This also reminds me i promised myself not to install itunes or quick time.
Let me step back from being a dick for a moment, i ask this seriously, why should i get a mac? sell Apple to me.

First of all i'm just going to say, i'm no sales man and i don't preach how good mac's are, i only correct people about there miss understandings with it. Although i have a Mac at home, i actually use windows more (due to work). it's up to you what you use, not me.
So from that list, lets take the first 1 and the bottom two, your never going to get something like that at present for OS X, game developers don't want to develop games for OS X as you have to re-code the whole thing to work with OpenGL. and lets be honest, PC all ready has the user base for games.
Now using Adium (IM application) you can use a plug-in that lets you communicate over the Xfire Protocol. But as i said, those two games aren't available on OS X, even though there are technically no limitations bar OpenGL.
Office is available on OS X, as well as Open Office, and similar products made by apple which come under the branding off iWork.
iShowU will do a similar job than Camtasia
Winamp? you can't use that on OS X, but there are so many other pieces of software available that do exactly the same job, and thats excluding iTunes and QuickTime
WinRar has a version available for OS X, but it sucks balls compared to RARExpander and Simply RAR

Too true. It pains me today to see some idiots complain about the switch.
