Why Can't I Run GTA 4?
When I run GTA 4, the roads don't spawn, most of the world doesn't spawn... only a few trashcans, cars + some of the world. Here's my system specs.
CPU
You Have: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 440 @ 2.00GHz
CPU Speed
You Have: 2.00 GHz
Video Card
You Have: NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS (GeForce 8400 GS) - FULLY UPDATED WITH THE LATEST UPDATE.
The rest is fine... It's something about those system requirements...
Help me please ^^;

I bet your processor is a single-core.For GTA 4 you need atleast a Duo,preferably a Quad.

GTA 4 Minimum System Requirements
* Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz or equivalent AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz
* Memory/RAM: 1GB for XP and 1.5GB for Vista
* Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 or 256MB ATI X1900
* Hard Disk Space: 16GB free
* Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1
GTA 4 Recommended System Requirements
* Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4GHz or equivalent AMD Phenom X3 2.1GHz
* Memory/RAM: 2.5 GB for XP or Vista
* Video Card: 512MB NVIDIA 8600 or 512MB ATI 3870
* Hard Disk Space: 18GB free
* Operating System: Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1
It's either the proc,or video card (in my opinion though)
Btw,why don't you get GTA4 for the 360?

It was $10 cheaper then the 360 version + I thought I could run it.

Well, it says that my CPU doesn't meet the requirements, but I can play Fallout 3 on my computer, no lag, maxed settings... and Fallout 3 requires more CPU then GTA IV... It's weird.... It's just that in GTA IV, I don't see the streets/objects.

Neither your CPU or graphics card is really up to the task. You really need to upgrade if you plan on running more recent games.

lol Celeron. You're going to need a better CPU if you're going to play GTA4.
