Free ipod video conversion software?

Just got myself an 80GB classic and need to convert some videos to ipod format, there are several i have used when i had a Nano but most were trial versions.

I need something that is free, able to convert a number of different file types and can convert to high quality.

I use Videora iPod Converter, I generally convert at a high bitrate as I use the component video out cable with my TV.
I occasionally use SUPER, it can convert to various video formats and change a videos aspect ratio (Videora tends to maintain the source videos ratio).

For most videos I'd recommend Videora though, I prefer the interface and it easy to create your own video settings. They both convert at about the same rate and the conversion time depends on how fast your PC/laptop is.

I used to use Videora when I had an iPod Touch - worked great.
