I downloaded the demo on my PS3 and played it and it is just like 1, 2, 3. Which are great games.
I think I will buy this game but for the PS3. Also games like this for me at least are a once through a done type deal. Playing on the other difficulty levels doesn't get me going as it does a lot of people. I like to play the game and then move on.
Like Call of Duty 4, I played it and now only play the multiplayer online. I wouldn't go back and play it again on any of the harder settings.

I liked 1, 2, 3 which I played on the older Playstation 2. So 4 should be good.

I did play the demo and it seemed good, but is it worth spending what? 55-60 bucks on it? or should I just wait till it comes in used... I liked the others but it was a while ago, is it really that good?

Human and devil hunter modes are way too easy for hardcore action fans. but the game is totally worth it overall

Just played through Son of Sparda....Mission 11 Boss Fight = Hard as hell
Stupid motherfucker would keep running away and hiding in the savior when i bring his shield down half way. Then he comes back out with full shield. Bullshit

Demo looked, felt, and sounded awesome. Nero's Devil Bringer, or possessed arm, is quite an interesting addition and is kinda' cool. Overall, looking forward to getting this game.

I played the demo and it didn't look too bad. I'd never played a DMC game before.
What I don't like is the set cameras like Resident Evil. It kept switching and I'd end up running in the wrong direction or spinning back to the same spot I came from, which got me stuck between camera angles. That bit annoys me.
If I can overcome that issue, I might just get the game on the PS3.
