Using XBOX360 as TIVO

HI, guys can somebody please give me an acurate anwser to this question, because it depends on whether I'm going to buy the xbox360 or not. Is their a possibility to use the xbox360 as a tv recorder that would record tv programs to it's hard-drive. If yes does it support time shifting? Or can you plug in an external tv tuner and them be able to use it to record programs on xbox360's hard drive?

Im with Nokcha on this one.I have a media center Pc and It only appears that you can send videos to it where they will be recoreded onto the hard drive or just streamed through it without recording. 20 gigs is very little when it comes to recording video. This would be a pretty complex hack to attach a tv tuner card but it might be possible. Also, if your still deciding whether or not you are going to buy it means that, buy the sounds of it you wont be getting one for a while with such the high demand that is going around.
