If you can streatch to the sharp buy the sharp, thats generally a v.good screen however if your planning on hooking your 360 via the VGA connection you'll defenatly get 720p on both screens and 1080i if your using the component cables on both. Would I recomend it...... yeah it's not bad looking, it's HD Ready & it's under £400.

Pioneer are in a class of there own and thats why you pay more for them. As I tell most customers your the one looking at it for the next few years and if your happy thats all that matters.

BTW I generally sell LCD tv's and have done since they came out on the market to the general public so i can be in a position to comment as i've seen most screens upclose with the same programme/video running on them.

Also the dabs value screen that was asked about is actually a Digimate TV,

http://www.digimate.co.uk/product_ne.../LTV-3203h.htm

Generally they are good screens but there customer service/returns is poor.

Any Questions ???
While yes, some parts are usually made by the typical high end brands...the video processors are almost always made by the said company and many of them are poor quality leading to problems like ghosting.

When we say don't get an off brand, we don't mean go all out and get a high end brand...we simply mean get a GOOD budget brand. Like Vizio, Westinghouse, Sceptre, and Olevia. Or perhaps a brand that's not quite high end but better than low end like an LG or Philips. They'ld all be better choices for similar prices.

There was recently a thread on this forum where someone had an off brand LCD with ghosting...
