You might be able to find a used one for that but you won't find a brand new unit that cheap.

You are going to have to settle for a 17 to 19" LCD computer monitor for that price. Of course, you will also need some type of speakers to go along with it to actually hear the 360 (unless you plug into a surround sound system).

If you could push the budget us a little more you may be able to get a 19" HD LCD TV.
If not you'll have to go for a monitor....

Ya, I know that I can't get anything fancy, I already have a nice big hdtv, I want a separate one for my 360, nothing big, nothing fancy, nothing ground breakingly sweet, just anything that'll be better then the huge tv in my room. I have already found a couple at best buy, like i said nothing fancy but when I said 250.000 dollars I meant AROUND 250 dollars, I think I can deal with paying an extra $50.00-$100.00... I just want HD.

Have a look on somewhere like Play.com for a 19" LCD TV. Dont think you will get any bigger then that with your budget unfortunately.
Personally I would get a TV rather then a monitor......
I wouldnt worry too much about the manufacturer, as long as you get a decent resolution and 8ms response time is a must..... Also check to ensure it has all the component connections for your HD cable (unless you are to use the VGA cable obviously).
Sorry couldnt be of much more help!

Do not waste your money, damn it. A 19" HDTV is a waste you mine as well get a bigger SDTV or EDTV the 19 will be so damn small you won't give a shit about HD anyway.....
