HD DVD Parental Lock -- help!

I have been unable to play two HD DVD movies.

When I put the movie in, it loads up but comes to a blue screen with text along the lines of:

"This movie will not play due to the parental control settings"

However, all of the settings in my dashboard are set to have full access. Also, I have had no problems with other R rated movies (Slither, Land of the Dead). Specifically, I have had this problem with two movies: The Matador & Derailed

Unless there is a seperate menu for the HD DVD player that I don't know about, I figure this is probably a problem with the way the disc itself was coded. That said, has anyone else heard of this or know if Xbox has released a new patch for the HD DVD player?

Well, I've done some looking around and it seems this problem can be fixed with the latest system update found on XBox live. So, new question: Is there a way to get these updates if you don't have XBox live? I know one of the updates was provided as a download which you burned to a disc. I've search high and low on the XBox website and can't find an archive of updates. Any ideas?
