TV Help Needed... Help!
Alright so my last thread was "Should I get the Samsung or Polaroid?" Well, I have decided on the Samsung and actually have fallen in love with it and want it really bad now.
But, that means killing $200 of mine because the TV I'm returning is only like $200. So I found this "Westinghouse" (wtf?) that I have actually seen a few other people post about. It's the same deal from what I know; 19" HDTV, LCD Flat Panel.
But I don't know shit about the resolution and number of Pixels x Pixels. So... from some smart TVers, what is the better buy/what is the better TV (if you know them)?
Samsung
"Watch your favorite movies in wide screen format on this LCD TV featuring HD-ready digital capabilities and HD-grade 1440 x 900 pixel resolution for a quality picture display."
Westinghouse (wtf?)
Enjoy the crisp and clear display on this sleek TV anywhere space is a premium. The wall-mountable design easily fits in your kitchen, office or anyplace you want a TV.
Thanks. I've been doing this for a week already... I just want to get the TV...

I'd go with the Samsung if your not that short on cash, but if you want to spend less money and get a good deal than go with the Westinghouse its $50 off right now. The picture qualities probably don't have much of a differnce anyway. I have the westinghouse and it works great for me in 1080i.The only thing negative about the westinghouse is the sound is not that good, but you can hook up your own speakers to the monitor if you want. I don't care though the sound doesn't bother me. As for the Samsung I don't know of any negatives about it cuz I don't have it.

Yeah Westinghouse is the shit for what it costs, but it's true that the sound is pretty lacking. I was disappointed with it until I got my home theatre hooked up. Everything else though has been great. No complaints.
Why the 'wtf?' after everytime you put Westinghouse? It's not an off brand.. have you never heard of it before?

They've been around for about a decade but have just become more mainstream
