if you can afford to get the premium then get it, its a much better package and works out cheaper in the long run than buying it all separate.
as for the graphics, yes there better than the xbox 1 even on a standard t.v (which is what i use).

is it alot better on S.D out of 10 rank it out by how much better it is
1 being not much 10 being excelent.

Hell yeah. It's worth getting without an HD TV. At least you have the console ready to go when you are eventually ready to upgrade the TV. Then you can bask in the glory of HD goodness!
And Gears of War on a standard TV still looks awesome.

in my opinion yes. but i've not seen a 360 on a HDTV so i cant compare it to that.
