Zune to europe
I have a Creative Zen Vision:M at the moment but im getting bored of it (all my friends got one when they saw mine :|) and im looking to buy a Microsoft Zune.
The only problem is, it isnt for sale in Europe, so can i buy it via (say) amazon.com and ship it over to holland?
And will there be(besides the power plug, I hope thats USB cause american plugs are different from ours) any possible problems?
ps. Str8, i know you wanted to buy it but got the zen, can you give me your motivation to not buy the zune?

I see no problem with buying a zune and using it in europe because the only roadblock would be power, and usb takes care of that issue. I highly suggest the zune to anyone. Great product.

I'ld wait a bit before buying a Zune. Let MS work the bugs out.
I have an iAudio X5...it has the best sound quality out there and supports the most files and so I've stuck with it for quite some time now

My mate bought one from the US while he was skiing over the crimbo holidays, he loves it.
Gonna sound like a knob, but ah well: Is the Zune just an mp3 player? Or does it do more?

I can not imagine going from a Vision M to a Zune. I just bought a vision M this past week myself.
The Vision M is compatible with Windows media player. It plays more video file formats than the Zune. The Zune music store doesn't have audiobooks or tv shows for download. The Zune doesn't support Plays for Sure (not sure if you purchased any music under the plays for sure campaign), the Vision M has better battery life (from what I have read).
Advantage of the zune
1. bigger screen
2. rubberized coating
3. wifi capabilities (useless if nobody else you know has a zune).

The only thing which is "future proof" is DEATH. Did I mention, I absolutely hate the use of the term "future proof".
