The best 26" LCD you can find(unless you can manage to find the KDL-26S2010) imo. A CRT HDTV would give you a better picture...but they're not always easy to find

I just bought the Pansonic 42 plasma the yesterday, I fucking LOVE it. So happy might be the best purchase I have ever made. Felt better after I bought it then anything ever.

I got a consumer reports today on plasma's and they list a panasonic th-42px600u as their number two for 42" models. I like the 42" panasonic model you list, but I can't stand the way the speakers are at the bottom. For some reason i'm stuck on it being symmetric. I dunno tho. I definetly like the price tag of the one you reccomend.
