dude i say keep ur 360 caz the vga will do the same as hdmi at 720p

My TV doesn't have VGA input. Deffinatly buying the Elite Make sure I'm future ready lol.

There's no point in buying the Elite if you already have a 360...

Hmmm in terms of movies my hdmi dvd player is much better than any component cables I have on my other identical dvd player running component. Guess a side by side comparison would be best bet for those asking the question.
Looking for the pictures now
HDMI is awesome - BUT for most of us you may not be able to tell the difference in games.

The difference you're seeing is probably because you can upconvert via HDMI but not via Component
