HD ready???
If i were to buy a LCD TV that said it was HD ready, would i have to buy anything extra to play my 360 in HD on it?

seeing as though you have the premium, no. make sure the hdtv has component inputs (green,blue,orange[or reddish]). those component cables should be in your box somewhere.

thats strange. my component only take blue,green,red,white and red. i dont think there is a yellow one. at least i dont think so and i amnt using it...

Yellow is not for HD it's only for standard tv. Standard tv's use red, white and yellow. HDTV's use red, blue,green for picture and red and white for sound.
